Russian Ambassador Also Met With Clinton Campaign Advisers

Former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. John Bolton on the latest developments on Russian involvement in the election:

“I don’t have any doubt that the were Russians trying to interfere with the electoral process to cast doubt on the integrity of our institutions.”

“In terms of any hard evidence that’s been released publicly right now, there’s simply none that the Trump campaign was colluding with the Russians.”


Ambassador John Bolton, a diplomat and a lawyer, has spent many years in public service. He served as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations in 2005-2006. He was Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security from 2001 to 2005. In the Reagan Administration, he was an Assistant Attorney General.
